  9. NEVER REALLY TRAINED LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE.
  10. Did not find the Right Motivation, Support you Needed.
  11. You were Never Explained on the WHYs and the WHATs.
  12. You never found the Right Mentor/ Trainer.
  13. You were Never Serious in your GOALS.
  14. THE WHOLE SYSTEM YOU FOLLOWED WAS WRONG.

Along with the main mentioned points these also might be your additional factors that played a role in not giving you your desired results. No proper sleep, Hormonal imbalances, work pressure, stress, family issues etc…
