This is a small write up that I had prepared earlier but it still holds value even now.
SUMMER IS HERE!!!!
And the main concern that every face is how is the summer going to be? Is it going to be hotter than the last summer?
And the first thing that most people tend to do is stacking water and ice in the refrigerator to cool them off.
SO, AS THE TEMPERATURE IS STARTING TO SLOWLY RISE ARE YOU READY TO TACKLE THE HEAT?
What can we do to tackle the Heat this Summer?
- Let’s beat the heat by keeping our body hydrated.
- Always keep water with you whenever you go out.
- Store water in an earthen vessel or a mud pot. The water will normally be cool. Instead of you drinking water from the refrigerator and get throat and other health issues.
- Have adequate water intake.
What’s the ideal amount of water intake you need during this time?
Consume a minimum of 1 liter of water per 20kgs of body weight also add in half a liter at the end to keep you at a safe level.
Don’t give me an excuse of you facing issues running to the washroom again and again. That’s too dumb of a reason
